Since 1989 LOTT's long-term sewer service area has been the urban growth management area for Lacey-Olympia-Tumwater. For accommodating their 20-year growth projections, the Alliance has undertaken numerous wastewater reuse, flow reduction and energy management projects. One project, the reclaimed water facility will be discussed in detail. The state-of-the-art reclaimed water facility presently treats a small portion of the plant’s effluent to Class A standards so it can be used in the State Capitol Campus, Heritage Park, Downtown Olympia and Port of Olympia areas. Plans for the Hawks Prairie Reclaimed Water Satellite, to be built in the city of Lacey, will also be presented.

DIRECTIONS TO Olive Garden from I-5 (per MapQuest): Take I-5 South. Merge onto US-101 N via exit number 104 toward ABERDEEN/ PORT ANGELES. Take the BLACK LAKE BLVD. exit. Take the ramp toward WEST OLYMPIA. Merge onto BLACK LAKE BLVD SW. Turn LEFT onto 9TH AVE SW.
