United States Coast Guard and Chemical Transportation:  MARSEC made Easy .    What  the  Coast Guard does when they enter a refinery or a chemical plant with a marine access?  What are they looking for and what should we  be  expected  to do to help comply with MARSEC regulations? 

Speaker

Commander Mark McCadden has been a member of the U.S. Coast Guard for 28 years.  He currently serves as the Chief of the Prevention Department at Sector Seattle and supervises 125 personnel in carrying out the Coast Guard’s safety, security & environmental programs. Commander McCadden has served in other commercial ports along the coasts of Louisiana , Virginia , North Carolina , Oregon and Alaska .
